Terms and Conditions of Sale

PRICES
Our suppliers prices may change without notice. As a result all prices must be confirmed at the time of placing the order. Once confirmed those prices will remain firm.

ORDERS
Online orders submitted are deemed to be acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale.
Verbal orders or other instructions will not be accepted.

PROPERTY
T-Bone Prints remains the legal owner of all goods until full payment has been made into our account and cheques cleared.

SAMPLES
We do not have a sampling policy.
The onus remains with the customer to determine correct sizes, and other detail, in accordance with the specifications provided.

TRADING TERMS
We accept payment by Cheque, Money order or Direct deposit.

ACCOUNTS
All orders are to be paid in full prior to goods being despatched.
A minimum 50% deposit, is payable on acceptance of orders over 10 items.
Orders of less than 10 items must be paid in full on confirmation and acceptance of order.
Repeat customers with orders in excess of $500.00 per month after the first 3 orders may apply for a 30 day payment facility.
All credit accounts must be maintained on a 30 days from date of invoice basis failing which the account will be placed on a Stop Supply basis until full payment is made; and future orders will revert to new customer status.

SHIPPING
Every reasonable effort will be made to despatch your completed order to meet your specified date as detailed on our confirmation of order.
All orders will be shipped using our appointed carrier at their published rates.
We take no responsibility for goods lost or delayed by our appointed carriers, or by whatever cause that may be regarded as an act of God.
Customers wishing to take out shipping insurance at a rate of 2% of the value of the order should advise us accordingly when placing the order.

CANCELLATIONS
Should a confirmed order be cancelled by the customer for whatever reason cancellation fees may apply.
Please note that goods may already have been ordered from our suppliers and artwork or setup costs etc. may have at that stage been incurred.
Cancellations are likely to attract varying fees which may mean full payment if items have already been decorated.
Cancellation fees are not applicable if we are unable, due to circumstances beyond our control, to deliver by due date and the customer advises us in writing of its intention to cancel once so informed by us.
