About Us
Ced Marsh established T-Bone Prints 8 years ago on the Central Coast NSW as a home based family business doing customised clothing prints, promotional goods and advertising stationery.
A few short years back we leased retail premises in Toronto NSW but soon realised what many small businesses have already discovered - that we had too many expensive partners in the business with the lion’s share of any profits going to the landlord, tax man, insurance companies and the like.
So we brought the business home again and went cyber.
Our best seller was the clothing and decoration side so we dropped most of the promotional goods and focussed on delivering quality clothing with quality vinyl prints.
Our niche market is, and will remain, those customers that have a need for small to medium orders and want custom clothing & prints designed for their personal or business interests.
Why Vinyls? Because flex vinyls don’t crack, wash out or fade many customers prefer to go vinyl regardless of the quantity. Vinyls are also soft to the touch, are flexible and move with the body
making this the preferred medium for many applications such as sports gear and work wear.
T-Bone specialises in precision computer cut vinyl and takes pride in producing a high quality end product.
Minimum Orders: Small orders are welcome. We take care of runs from 1-100+.
Single orders do work out more expensive simply because there are freight costs on each order from our suppliers.
For economy of scale print runs over the 100 mark are normally done by screen printing but unlike screen printing there’s no screen make-up so there’s no set up cost with vinyls - unless your artwork is complex and requires computer time to convert your files to Vector Graphics.
Ordering and Payment:
We’ve done away with lengthy forms and complications with ordering specific products.
Instead we prefer to let customers email their specific requirements regarding clothing selection and decoration. Enquiries and questions are dealt with by return email.
Because orders are customer specific we do insist on an up-front deposit and will forward an invoice when orders are confirmed.

For Hi Visibility work wear, safety wear or hardwearing cotton drill look to the Bocini, DNC or Biz Collection range which covers all the Hi-vis styles and colours available.
Company logos can be replicated in vinyls and plotter cut to the exact size to suit the application.
Vinyls are cut from single colours and these can be can be overlaid to produce multi colour logos.
However, we don’t recommend more than 3 vinyl colours as more than this means too many passes under the heat press which may harden the vinyls.
Team Gear is always in demand by clubs and other activity groups. Either provide your own artwork or we can prepare specific designs for your logos, team names, individual names and numbers. Our selected clothing suppliers will surely have the right clothing for your needs. Just click on their icons on that page to view the range, sizes and other detailed descriptions.
Fun Wear: We supply quality standard 180gsm Jersey Knit T-Shirts for all occasions in a range of colours just waiting for your design.
Even if it’s only a small order of 4 printed tee shirts for a pyjama party we’ll deliver.
Create your own fun slogans and choose from the range of vinyl colours including neon, designer and fashion styles.

For business or corporate wear the preferred method of decoration will always be embroidery.
We offer an embroidery service for those customers. You’ll find our supplier’s catalogues carry a comprehensive range of shirts, blouses and corporate wear. Embroidery designs carry a $35.00 digitising cost with variable prices depending on stitch count and the quantity of garments to be embroidered.
Hold ‘em Poker is a huge pastime everywhere.
We’ve been asked to produce specific designs for certain clubs on their choice of poker shirts. Others have had shirts made up as prizes for tournament winners.
For the individual player we have a selection of standard designs to choose from. These are generally packaged with either a black or white cotton Tee shirt.
For other more creative minds we’ll take your poker slogans and place your designs on any other cotton or poly cotton T shirts or polos from the featured catalogues.
PROFESSIONAL BROCHURES, FLYERS, BUSINESS CARDS & MORE
As a qualified printer, but no longer operating printing presses, I still have ink in my veins.
Now my printing background continues by doing layout, setting and design, including logo development up to pre-press.
We generally use a very professional local printer on the Central Coast to put the brochures, flyers, business cards and other stationery to bed but also use other top quality trade printers for competitive pricing.
T-Bone will prepare your artwork & print setting and produce exactly to your needs.
